Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026These terms are an agreement between you and TK Labs (“Koro”, “we”, “us”) for using korotrade.com. By creating an account or using Koro, you agree to them.
What Koro is
Koro is a trading journal and market information service for crypto perpetual futures. It includes a market page and breakout screener built from public market data, a journal that syncs your trades through read-only exchange connections, plans, strategies, exit analysis, sharing links and Ask Koro, an AI assistant.
Not financial advice
Koro gives information, not signals or advice. Nothing on Koro (screener results, breakout history, market mood, stats, exit analysis or anything Ask Koro writes) is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Trading perpetual futures is high risk and you can lose more than you expect. You alone decide your trades and you are responsible for them and their results. Past results, including how similar breakouts went, don’t predict future ones.
Read-only access
Koro only reads from your exchanges and never places orders or moves funds. You must only give Koro read-only API keys. We reject keys that can trade, withdraw or transfer and re-check permissions on every sync, but you are responsible for the keys you create and for revoking them at your exchange when you stop using Koro.
Synced data depends on the exchanges. It can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we can’t promise every trade or fee is captured exactly. Check important numbers with your exchange.
Ask Koro and AI output
Ask Koro uses an AI model to write answers from your own trade data. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Treat it as a starting point for your own thinking, not as fact or advice.
Your account
- •You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- •Give a real email address and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- •Use Koro only where it is legal for you to do so.
- •One person per account. Don’t share or resell access.
Free, Premium and the trial
Koro has a Free plan and a Premium plan ($29 a month or $290 a year, plus any applicable tax). The plans and their limits are on the pricing page, and we may change them as described below.
- •New accounts get Premium free for 7 days. No card is needed. When the trial ends, your account moves to Free unless you choose Premium, and you keep everything you made.
- •Premium renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- •You can cancel any time. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
- •We’ll tell you in advance of any price change. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Payments through Paddle
Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle handles checkout, billing, invoices, sales tax and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase.
Refunds: if Premium isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund that payment in full. Request one through Paddle or by emailing support@korotrade.com. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- •Break the law or anyone’s rights, including exchange terms that apply to you.
- •Connect accounts or wallets you aren’t allowed to access.
- •Try to get into other users’ data, probe or break our security, or get around plan limits.
- •Scrape, overload or reverse engineer Koro, or use it to build a competing data service.
- •Resell Koro’s market data, or present Koro output as paid trading signals.
- •Upload malware or content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights.
Your content and our service
Your trade data, journal entries, notes and screenshots stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Koro for you, including showing what you choose to share through share links. See our Privacy Policy.
Koro itself (the software, design, brand and the market data and analysis we produce) belongs to us. You may use it for your own trading while your account is active.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Koro running, but it may be unavailable at times and is provided “as is” and “as available”. Exchanges and data sources can change or stop. We may add, change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- •We aren’t liable for trading losses, missed trades or decisions you make using Koro, or for errors in exchange data, market data or AI output.
- •We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
- •Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if that is more.
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of Koro.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete account. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it before you delete your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Koro or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first. If we close your account without cause, we’ll refund the unused part of a paid period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for important changes, email you before they take effect. If you keep using Koro after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring them where you live.
